By engaging with the processing components of Passport Photo AI, you confirm absolute compliance with these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you do not have permission to use our infrastructure.

2. Transaction Handling & Virtual Goods

All virtual assets, including One-Time Export options and Processing Credits packages, are distributed through the Google Play Store infrastructure channels. All transaction calculations follow Google Play Billing conditions. Financial queries or explicit processing refunds are handled under standard platform framework protocols.

3. Regulatory Quality Disclaimer

Legal Operations Notice: Passport Photo AI operates as an advanced geometric software alignment utility. Biometric screening regulations vary widely across sovereign borders. The engineering operator does not warrant or guarantee that exported data structures will universally pass localized manual customs verifications. Final image inspection remains the user's sole responsibility.

4. Acceptable Usage Parameters

Users agree not to exploit automated scanning routines, pass fraudulent structural identities, or distribute digital assets that violate global copyright protections.

5. Absolute Limitation of Liability

The application software core elements are rendered explicitly "as-is". Under no circumstances will the development group be liable for canceled flights, missed travel schedules, or collateral costs stemming from processing updates or document rejections.

6. Statutory Law Context

These terms and all operational relationships relating to this platform are exclusively governed by the court systems and laws of India.
